Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a senior process improvement professional to lead end-to-end redesigns across Technical Support. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to map current and future workflows, translating operational needs into practical solutions driven by data and trends.

You will develop dashboards and governance materials, facilitate workshops, and support change readiness, testing, and adoption of improvements while ensuring measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–12 years related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methods is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with CRM or case-management environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and future-state workflows.
• Translate operational needs into practical solutions using data and trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and governance documentation for ownership and execution.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions from discovery to implementation.
• Support change readiness, testing, deployment, and adoption of improvements.
