You will partner with cross-functional teams, map current and future-state processes, and deliver governance documentation that ensures sustainable execution.

Strong data skills and change management are essential for success. You will develop dashboards and executive updates, coach teams, and support adoption of improvements, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–12 years of related experience.
• Experience in business process analysis and Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Strong documentation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex business processes across Technical Support.
• Define requirements, document workflows, and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready updates to communicate progress.
• Support change readiness, testing, and adoption of improvements.
• Coach partners on process improvement methods.
