Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager – Technical Support to lead complex, cross-functional programs that span Technical Support, IT, Product, and regional teams. You will drive governance, risk management, and value delivery from charter through closure, while mentoring others.

The role emphasizes outcomes, portfolio oversight, and adoption of new tools and processes to improve delivery predictability and customer impact in a hybrid delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in program/project management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management practices including portfolio intake, business cases, charters, stakeholder registers, RAID logs, stage gates, change control, closure, and lessons learned.
• Disciplined, outcomes-oriented program manager who links strategy to execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable business value.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in Technical Support, customer support operations, technology, product, or related global environments.
• Clear communicator with senior leaders and teams, translating complex execution details into risks, decisions, and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Technical Support programs and projects from business case to go-live, hypercare, closure, and lessons learned.
• Prepare governance materials, steering updates, and executive-ready reports translating progress into strategic impact.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and change control documentation to improve delivery predictability.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Technical Support, IT, Product, and regional teams.
• Define outcome metrics, track performance, and close the loop on customer and operational value.
• Maintain dashboard inputs, portfolio data hygiene, capacity visibility, and resource alignment for transparent decisions.
• Enable adoption of new Technical Support tools and processes through readiness planning and training coordination.
• Support the TS PMO Leader in translating strategy into governed programs and measurable outcomes.
• Coach/mentor project managers and support the PM development program.
