Job summary

Leighton Asia seeks an experienced Senior Planner to develop and manage detailed project schedules for data center projects. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams to drive on-time delivery and optimize resources.

The role requires 8+ years of planning experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and deep knowledge of critical path analysis and construction sequences. Onsite work in Makati City is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
