Job summary

LEIGHTON ASIA PHILIPPINES INC. in Makati City is seeking a seasoned planning professional to lead scheduling across multiple teams for data center, hyperscale, and PMO-level projects.

The role requires deep experience in MEP works, critical-path scheduling, and resource optimization to drive on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will own Primavera P6 schedules, monitor progress, analyze delays, and support claims and recovery plans, coordinating with engineering, construction, and client teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
• Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Makati City.
