Job summary

Geoharbour Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for civil, structural, electrical, and wind farm activities.

You will update baseline and look-ahead schedules, monitor progress, and produce weekly and monthly reports to show status and trends. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure activities stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in construction or wind/farm projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling principles.
• Experience with S-curves, baseline schedules, progress monitoring, manpower loading, resource planning, and look-ahead schedules.
• Willing to be assigned on-site in Presentacion, Naga, Camarines Sur.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules for civil, structural, electrical, and wind farm activities.
• Develop and update the baseline schedule, look-ahead schedules, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor actual project progress against the approved schedule and identify delays or deviations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and schedule updates.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Construction Team, Procurement, and subcontractors to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Track manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources against project requirements.
• Conduct schedule analysis and delay monitoring and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare 2-week/3-week look-ahead plans and coordinate upcoming activities with site teams.
• Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to support construction activities.
• Assist in evaluating Extension of Time (EOT) delays and schedule impacts.
• Maintain accurate project planning records and submit required reports on time.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide progress updates.

Required Software / Technical Skills

• Primavera P6 – preferably proficient in creating, updating, and analyzing project schedules.
• Microsoft Project – scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Microsoft Excel – progress tracking, S-curves, manpower loading, resource monitoring, and reports.
• Microsoft PowerPoint & Word – project presentations and technical reports.
• AutoCAD – basic ability to review construction drawings is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI for project dashboards and progress reporting is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or wind farm projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling principles.

• Willing to be assigned on-site in Presentacion, Naga, Camarines Sur.
