Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Engineer in Ortigas, Pasig City for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6, coordinating with PMs and engineers to gather progress updates and drive on-time delivery.

You will perform critical path analyses, support EVM and forecasting, and produce dashboards for management and clients, ensuring baselines and as-built records are kept accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and controls in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in OPC; Primavera P6 minimum.
• Strong planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
• Experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of construction supply chain planning is desirable.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates and adjust schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision‑making.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as‑built records.
• Promote best‑practice project controls methodologies across the organization.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in project planning and controls, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred; Primavera P6 (PPM) experience as a minimum.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
• Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of rebar, structural steel, or construction supply chain planning desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, or Transport & Rail is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification in planning/scheduling (e.g. AACE, PMI‑SP) desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or infrastructure projects.
