Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling professional to lead detailed project scheduling for large-scale data center initiatives onsite in Makati. The role focuses on MEP works, critical path analysis, and 4D planning to support claims and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, and proven collaboration with contractors and client teams in mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
• Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.

• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Support project execution through effective planning and resource optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
