Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define project timelines and milestones
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis for stakeholders
- Support project managers in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timeline
- Ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls
- Strong hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Experience in engineering, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Good understanding of project lifecycle, critical path method (CPM), and scheduling principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
