Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment.
• Assist with claims support and delay analysis as needed.
• Standardize scheduling practices and improve internal processes.
• Occasional head office assignments with site visits.
• Perform schedule updates and variance analysis.
• Identify critical path activities and delays, provide mitigation.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for high-rise residential construction projects. This role supports project teams by ensuring accurate planning, sequencing, and progress tracking across multiple lump-sum projects, working closely with project managers, field leadership, and general contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules in Primavera for residential projects
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to define scope sequencing, durations, and resource loading
• Participate in project planning, preconstruction, and coordination meetings
• Review subcontractor and vendor schedules to ensure alignment
• Assist with claims support and delay analysis as needed
• Help standardize scheduling practices and improve internal processes
• To be assigned in Head Office based with occasional site visits
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis
• Identify critical path activities and potential project delays
• Provide recovery plans and mitigation strategies when schedule risks arise
• Support monthly schedule reporting included in project reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or programming
• Proven proficiency in Primavera (required)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both field and executive teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Licensed Construction Management or Engineering degree
• Experience in multi-project scheduling environments
• Familiarity with resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules
• Knowledge of delay analysis techniques
