Job summary

HireBooth in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Senior HRBP/People Success Partner to lead onboarding, retention programs, and complex employee relations with a strategic advisory focus. You will coach managers, interpret people data for client reviews, and drive BoothOS adoption within the vertical.

You will own 90-day onboarding sessions, stay interviews, and escalation processes, ensuring alignment with Philippine labor practices and client SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, or people success, with 2+ years at a senior or lead level.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or employer-of-record settings.
• Track record of handling complex employee relations cases end to end with due process and documentation.
• Hands-on experience running retention work—risk reviews, stay interviews, and engagement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and 90-day onboarding programs for new hires.
• Lead attrition risk reviews and deliver monthly readouts with action plans.
• Build manager capability through coaching on 1:1s and difficult conversations.
• Act as senior escalation point for employee relations cases and investigations.
• Translate people data into actionable client insights for business reviews.
• Drive BoothOS adoption and manage scope with client-side approvers.
• Lead the HRBP/PSP practice for the vertical and develop a repeatable playbook.
