You will collaborate with employees, clients, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to support performance, engagement, retention, and service delivery, combining strategic and hands-on HR support.

The role focuses on workforce management, employee relations, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet client needs and drive business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience in BPO, offshore staffing, or technology environments.
• Experience in client-facing or staff augmentation environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Philippines Operations Head to align people strategies with business goals.
• Manage onboarding through offboarding for onsite workforce.
• Support workforce planning, headcount, staffing changes, deployments.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, performance issues, and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and Talent Acquisition on staffing and replacements.
• Support engagement, retention, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration including attendance, leave, benefits, payroll inputs, records.
