Job summary

Prime System Solutions in Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead onsite HR partnerships for our local workforce. You will work with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, and drive engagement and performance across the onsite team.

This role requires 8–10 years of HR experience, a solid grasp of Philippine labor law, and proven ability to partner with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, preferably HRBP/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, employee relations and best practices.
• Experience in BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or technology environments is preferred.
• Experience in client-facing or staff augmentation environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Philippines Operations Head to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for onsite workforce from onboarding through offboarding.
• Support workforce planning, headcount planning, staffing changes and transitions.
• Monitor workforce trends, identify people-related risks, and propose solutions.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters and performance issues.
• Collaborate with employees, leaders, and clients to address performance concerns and actions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and workplace practices.
• Serve as HR contact for assigned clients regarding performance and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with clients and Talent Acquisition on replacements and deployments.
• Gather client feedback and address employee-related concerns promptly.
• Support resolution of client escalations involving employees and service delivery.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for onsite workforce.
• Conduct check-ins and identify concerns affecting morale or retention.
• Support career development and growth initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration for onsite workforce including attendance, leave, benefits, payroll inputs, HR systems, and records.
• Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with coworking providers on workplace concerns affecting employee experience.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
