Booth and Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a senior HRBP/People Success professional in Manila to lead onboarding, retention, and employee relations for key client accounts. You will drive growth through strategic HR interventions, coaching, and data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with local labor law and internal SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRBP, ER, or people success with 2+ years at a senior or lead level.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or shared services supporting multiple client accounts.
• Track record of handling complex employee relations cases end-to-end with due process and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and the first 90 days with structured NE0 sessions and 60/90 day check-ins.
• Run attrition-risk reviews, document actions, and deliver monthly reads for each account.
• Coach managers through 1:1s, difficult conversations, and growth-focused development plans.
• Lead employee relations as senior escalation point; manage term/non-term cases per policy.
• Advise accounts with KPI design, org review forms, and data-driven insights.
• Drive BoothOS adoption and manage scope with client-side approvers.
• Lead vertical PSP practice; build playbooks and mentor other PSPs.
