Job summary

Booth is seeking a Senior HRBP/People Success Partner in the Philippines to lead the HRBP/PSP practice for the vertical. You will act as the top escalation point for complex cases and mentor PSPs, aligning with Booth's values and client impact.

You will own onboarding and 90‑day processes, run attrition reviews, coach managers, and design development plans. Strong knowledge of local labor law and BoothOS/UKG is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, or people success, with 2+ years at a senior or lead level.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or employer-of-record settings, supporting multiple client accounts at once.
• Track record of handling complex employee relations cases end to end, including due process and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience running retention work — risk reviews, stay interviews, and engagement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and the first 90 days.
• Prevent attrition before it becomes a resignation.
• Build manager capability and engagement.
• Lead employee relations as the senior escalation point.
• Advise accounts and turn people data into action.
• Hold scope and drive BoothOS adoption.
• Lead your vertical and grow team capability.
