Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior People Services Officer to manage onboarding, records, offboarding and disciplinary support. You will report to the Head of Shared Services and ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and SOPs, delivering high-quality service to employees across our Manila operations.

You will streamline processes, maintain accurate HR records, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a similar administrative HR role.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews, final pay, and system updates.
• Support discipline processes and assist with grievances.
• Ensure processes comply with SOPs and local Philippines laws.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding, records, and policy inquiries.
• Collaborate with other People team members for seamless employee experience.
