You will lead end-to-end HR initiatives across units, shaping talent, culture, and business priorities while coaching leaders and ensuring compliance with labor standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR/People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
• Strong expertise across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, talent development, etc.).
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capabilities.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive people strategies enabling business performance and growth.
• Lead end-to-end people initiatives across multiple business units ensuring alignment between talent, culture, and priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, coaching and building leadership capability and accountability.
