Job summary

EY Philippines in Taguig is seeking a Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our Payroll Central Coordination team. You will collaborate with local and global teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery across APAC, while upholding contractual service levels.

You’ll develop control documents, manage escalations, and contribute to monthly financials and client reporting. Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll environments and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations lead on daily payroll activities and governance.
• Coordinate with global Payroll teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop and maintain control documents and process flows.
• Prepare monthly financials and client invoices.
• Produce regular SLA reports and client communications.
• Maintain access to client platforms for EY teams.
• Prepare project plans and weekly status updates.
