This senior role requires 10+ years of payroll coordination experience and exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll coordination experience across APAC countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on project management, escalations, and payroll governance.
• Coordinate with global EY Internal Payroll teams to meet contractual service levels and quality.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Manage client and EY local team communications and escalations.
