You will prepare budgets, manage client communications, and maintain documentation across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on daily activities such as project management, resolution of escalations, and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure payrolls are delivered on time and to standard.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Dealing with escalations from clients and advising Payroll leadership on potential risks.
• Manage communications with clients and EY local teams.
• Assist with contracting requirements such as variations in scope and Change Requests.
• Assist with monthly financials such as preparing budgets and invoices.
• Prepare and report on a regular basis to clients on SLAs.
• Maintain access for clients and EY local teams to platforms used in engagements.
• Prepare annual calendars for global payroll clients.
• Prepare consolidated reports for delivery to clients.
