Job summary

HireMe.ph in Metro Manila is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll, tax compliance, and employee records in a fast-paced setting. The role demands 5+ years of payroll experience and hands-on knowledge of NexHRIS.

The position is on-site in Mandaluyong with a Monday–Friday schedule; interview process includes F2F with a local team and Japanese proficiency is a plus. Competitive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Contract drafting and review experience
• Employment law knowledge
• Independent payroll management experience
• NexHRIS system experience advantageous
• N3 or N4 language advantage
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
