Job summary

Recruitify_HR seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payrolls, tax filings, and employee records in Metro Manila. You will handle inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance, and support benefit administration while collaborating with the HR team.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, knowledge of employment law, and independent payroll management. Familiarity with NexHRIS is a plus; MS Office proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Contract drafting and review experience.
• Employment law knowledge.
• Independent payroll management experience.
• Experience with NexHRIS is advantageous.
• N3 or N4 language is advantageous.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
