You will process payroll, ensure statutory deductions are accurate, and maintain confidential records while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems is essential, with knowledge of Philippine taxes and contributions a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.
