Job Description

• Maintain records such as payroll records, tax filing reports and voluntary deductions
• Review payroll records, government remittances, employee and dependent HMO
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company's strategy and business goals
• Administer payroll processes, policies, and procedures
• Calculate retroactive salary and hourly employee data as assigned
• Follow up with employees and managers the timely submission of Daily Time Records
• Prepare list of employees for submission to BIR including payroll register reconciliation versus 1601C
• Identify and post all the government mandated employee deductions (i.e. SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, BIR) in a timely manner
• Process all employee benefits in all government institutions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
• Set-up, status update and termination of employee benefits in compliance with company and government regulations
• Conduct semi-monthly and quarterly balancing and analysis of payroll register
• Assist in evaluation of existing compensation and rewards programs
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefit
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related course
• With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR handling Compensation Benefits and Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Philippines Payroll and Statutory Requirement
• Must have hands-on experience with government statutory compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft applications specially in MS EXCEL and other database application programs
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities including strong presentation/facilitation and delivery skills.
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented
• Demonstrating an ability to work with confidential information
• Willing to work in Makati Area
