Job summary

Huaxun Technology Co. in Metro Manila seeks a skilled HR professional to manage onboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination. You will maintain records, handle benefits, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in HR, strong communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems is a plus, as is certification in HR or Employee Relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience in a mid-sized company.
• Experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Relevant HR or Employee Relations training/certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Issue job offers, collect onboarding documents, and conduct background checks.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and regularization.
• Maintain employee records, ID cards, and the OA system.
• Coordinate onboarding training with HR teams.
• Assist employees with payroll account and ATM card setup.
• Handle warning letters, terminations, and DOLE-related matters.
• Manage government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), registrations, and benefit claims.
• Update employee records, coordinate payroll, and process final pay.
• Track offer issuances/cancellations and report to the recruitment team.
• Monitor employee violations and coordinate with relevant departments.
