Job summary

Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. This full-time role manages all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely compensation while maintaining compliance with Philippine regulations and company policies.

You will process monthly payroll, maintain detailed payroll records, calculate tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and prepare reports for management and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxation, and labour laws.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for all employees with accurate wage calculations and deductions.
• Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation per policy and law.
• Calculate and remit statutory deductions (income tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and taxation requirements.
