• 5+ years of payroll experience in HRIS, payroll processing and government-mandated benefits administration.
• Experience handling 150–300 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Familiar with DOLE compliance and payroll audits.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, HRIS).

• Process end-to-end payroll
• Compute: Daily wages, overtime, holiday pay, and night differential
• Prepare and process statutory contributions: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits
• Validate and consolidate DTRs from multiple project sites
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• At least 5 years of payroll experience in HRIS, payroll processing and government-mandated benefits (GMB) administration.
• Preferred industry:
• Construction and design companies, manufacturing plants, power and utility companies, retail and distribution, hospitals, or schools.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation and statutory benefits
• Familiar with DOLE compliance and payroll audits
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, HRIS)
• Experience handling 150–300 employees
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Contract drafting and review experience.
