Job summary

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking an experienced HR Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance with statutory benefits.

The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and investigations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory benefits, and HR operational practices.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection.
• Hands-on experience handling employee relations, performance management, and administrative investigations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• High degree of organizational skill, detail orientation, and discretion with confidential information.
• BPO, call center, or healthcare outsourcing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to fulfill staffing needs.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation, prepare employment contracts, maintain records.
• Employee Relations & Performance: Address inquiries, monitor attendance, manage evaluations, oversee disciplinary procedures.
• Labor Compliance & Benefits: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Policy Documentation: Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing internal HR policies and memos.
