Job summary

KM ACE Towing Services in Pasig City seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead outbound sales, develop new business, and strengthen client relationships. You will manage the sales team, craft strategies, and ensure revenue targets are met while expanding market presence nationwide.

The role requires a proven sales track record, leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively for client visits and site engagements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in electrical, utilities, industrial, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or engineering industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
• Willing to travel nationwide for client visits
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to secure new opportunities
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and meetings to identify customer needs and promote products/services.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers to expand market share.
• Lead, coach and motivate the Sales Team to achieve objectives.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Conduct sales meetings, field coaching, and joint client visits to strengthen selling capabilities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
• Recommend improvements to sales strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement initiatives.
