Job summary

KMAce Towing in Pasig is seeking a Sales Manager (Inbound Sales) to lead the inbound sales operations, drive conversion, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee the Inbound Sales Team, shape sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure inquiries are handled efficiently to hit revenue and satisfaction targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales/customer service with at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service, call center, or inbound sales ops experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven experience leading an inbound sales, customer service, or contact center team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving conversion rates.
• Experience in towing, automotive, transportation, logistics, roadside, or service industry is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM systems, call management platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams to improve conversion and sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and call performance data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound sales operations to ensure prompt, professional, and efficient handling of inquiries.
• Monitor calls, messages, emails, and channels to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve inquiry handling, response time, and sales conversion.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the inbound sales team to meet targets and service standards.
• Monitor performance using KPIs like response time, conversion rate, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct coaching sessions, reviews, and training to improve team effectiveness.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
