Job summary

KM ACE Towing Services is seeking an Online Marketing Specialist to promote services and boost brand visibility across social media and digital channels. You will develop online strategies, create engaging content, and manage the company’s online presence to attract new customers.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to convert inquiries into opportunities, supporting revenue growth and customer acquisition in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, online selling, or a related role.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating marketing content is preferred.
• Experience running Facebook or Instagram advertisements and generating online leads is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive, transportation, logistics, towing, or service industry is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing tools.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Willing to learn new digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified sales leads.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Googles Business Profile, and other relevant digital channels.
• Create and publish engaging content, promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing campaigns that promote the company’s services.
• Plan and Execute Digital Marketing campaigns that drive customer inquiries, bookings, and business opportunities.
• Respond to online inquiries or coordinate with the appropriate department to ensure timely customer assistance.
• Build and maintain a positive online presence that strengthens the company’s brand and reputation.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance analytics for management review.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging marketing trends that may benefit the company.
