Job summary

KMAce Towing in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager to lead outbound sales, grow revenue, and strengthen relationships with customers. The role oversees the sales team and works with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, at least 2 in supervision, and a proven track record of hitting targets. Travel nationwide and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in electrical, utilities, industrial, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or engineering industry preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel nationwide; valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits, sales presentations, and business meetings to identify needs and promote products and services.
• Identify market opportunities and expand market share.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements to strategies.
