Job summary

Eaton Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee East Asia sales operations, demand planning, and logistics. You will manage CSR and purchasing teams across East Asia, develop sourcing strategies with vendors, and drive continuous improvement and compliance with internal audits and ethics.

Key focus areas include forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional leadership to ensure efficient order fulfillment and cost reductions across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage full operational process from order entry to order fulfillment.
• Work with bidding team to develop dual source strategy for PTU products; manage 3rd party vendors.
• Manage S&OP demand planning and support monthly sales forecast.
• Drive cost reductions around operations; reduce freight and logistic costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to liquidate backlog, expedite shipments, and track orders.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance to internal audit and ethics.
• Monitor supply chain objectives (inventories, forecast accuracy, distribution costs).
• Ensure fulfillment components work in sync.
• Increase team productivity through training and process optimization.
• Set KPIs, provide feedback, and drive accountability.

Job description

Job Summary:

A. Lead East Asia sales operation including order processing, demand planning, supply chain and logistics management.

B. Manage CSR team, demand planner, purchasers in all East Asia countries, provide management support when needed.

C. Develop CSR and Supply Chain organisation with a strong competency in forecasting, execution, communication and problem solving.

D. Develop 3rd party sourcing strategy and manage 3rd party vendors from vendor selection , price negotiation to performance evaluation.

E. Optimize operational flow, process improvement and ensure compliance to internal audit and ethical requirement.

F. Manage inventory and DOH performance, drive action to reduce Excess and Obsolete inventory

Job Responsibilities:

A. Manage the full operational process from order entry to order fulfillment

B. Work with Bidding team to develop dual source strategy for PTU products, manage 3rd party vendors to build supply chain resilience.

C. Manage SIOP demand planning and support sales forecast on monthly basis

D. Manage and drive cost reductions around operation activities, reduce freight and logistic cost.

E. Coordinate with IU and 3rd party suppliers to ensure liquidation of backlog, expedite clearance of any issues preventing shipment/invoicing, and tracking all orders status.

F. Drive operation process improvements and ensure compliance to internal audit and Ethics

G. Monitor Supply Chain objectives (inventories, forecast accuracy & distribution costs);

H. Ensure that the various components of the fulfillment group work in sync together

I. Increase the productivity and competency of the team through training, automation, process optimization .

J. Monitor performance, set KPIs, provide regular feedback, and drive accountability to people and teams.

K. Be proactive in problem solving, anticipate issues, have the courage to speak up and escalation issues.
