Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day supply chain activities including order fulfilment and logistics. You will collaborate with suppliers, overseas affiliates and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 3–6 years of supply chain experience in trading/buy & sell environments, strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, VBA), and knowledge of Power BI and SAP. On-site position at Bugis, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of supply chain experience in a trading / Buy & Sell environment is required.
• Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and VBA.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is preferred.
• Good understanding of shipping Incoterms and their application.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasts, sales orders and purchase orders, including SAP processing and EDI-related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, affiliates and freight forwarders on orders, deliveries and shipment schedules.
• Monitor supply status and ensure shipments are planned according to Incoterms and order timelines.
• Handle daily logistics and order fulfilment issues, resolving operational matters and escalating critical risks when required.
• Support urgent orders, shipment adjustments and delivery changes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide backup support within the Operations Team.
• Work closely with the Supply & Planning Team on procurement and supply activities.

Salary: Up to S$4,000 basic + S$80–S$120 Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Bugis
