Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle end-to-end order processing and customer service for Asia customers. The role requires 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably with logistics knowledge and ERP/CRM systems.

You will vet and process POs, coordinate with distributors and project managers, track deliveries to project sites, and maintain order logs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales handling Asia customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Vet, process customer purchase orders.
• Check orders against inventory and forecast.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues.
• Coordinate shipments with Planning and Logistics.
• Communicate order status and track equipment delivery to project sites.
• Maintain order status/tracking logs.
• Adhere to customer compliance guidelines.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as requested.
• Contribute to major KPIs such as OTD, ITO, NMI.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person with great communication and problem-solving skills to handle end to end order processing and customer service for our customers/sales rep/project managers. This person will have 1 to 2 years of sales, customer service or account management experience serving Asia customers, preferably with knowledge of logistics, procurement and CRM/ERP systems.

• Vet, process customer purchase orders
• Check orders against inventory and forecast
• Work with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics for shipments coordination.
• Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track the equipment delivery to project site.
• Maintain order status/tracking log
• Understand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines
• Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested
• Perform special tasks as needed
• Major KPIs – OTD, ITO, NMI

Background experience required.

• 1 to 2 years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email
• Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks (time management)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis)
• Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
