• Create and issue POs to suppliers
• Shipments coordination with supplier/factory
• Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
• Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery
• Maintain order status/tracking log
• Understand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines
• Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested
• Perform special tasks as needed
• Major KPIs – OTD, ITO, NMI

This person will have 3 to 5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience serving Asia customers, preferably with knowledge of logistics, procurement and CRM/ERP systems.
