Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an organized professional to handle order processing and customer service for Asia customers. You will audit orders, coordinate with distributors and sales reps, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in caring for orders and account management, with strong English and ERP/Microsoft Office skills. The position involves cross-functional collaboration and data reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders.
• Check orders against inventory and forecast.
• Coordinate with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues.
• Create and issue POs to suppliers.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers/factories.
• Resolve order logistics issues with planning, logistics and IT.
• Communicate order status to stakeholders and track delivery.
• Maintain order status/tracking logs and ensure compliance.
• Produce ad-hoc reports when requested.
• Perform special tasks as needed.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person with great communication and problem solving skills to handle order processing and customer service for our customers/sales rep/project managers. This person will have 3 to 5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience serving Asia customers, preferably with knowledge of logistics, procurement and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders
• Check orders against inventory and forecast
• Work with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues
• Create and Issue PO to suppliers
• Shipments Coordination to supplier/factory
• Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
• Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery
• Maintain order status/tracking logUnderstand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines
• Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested
• Perform special tasks as needed
• Major KPIs – OTD, ITO, NMI

Background experience required

• 3 to 5 years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Factory Order Management Experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email
• Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks (time management)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis)
• Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
