IQ-EQ is seeking a role to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and manage end-to-end client onboarding in a hybrid, Manila-based environment. You will handle AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank openings, and legal document coordination, while ensuring strong client communications.

This position requires strong English skills, university degree in Law or related field, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen enabling effective decision-making.
• Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with coordination and interpersonal skills, fluent English and a law-related degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless transition.
• Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank openings, and legal document reviews.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications through regular meetings and proactive updates.
• Coach junior team members and drive process improvements with leadership.
