Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, and regulatory filings. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and the ability to coach junior colleagues while driving process improvements in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a law or related degree and strong business acumen.
• Experience in the alternative investment funds or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage the client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operational teams.
• Oversee onboarding activities, including AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, service agreement preparation, and regulatory filings.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, including attending regular meetings and ensuring timely progress.
• Support and coach junior team members while driving process improvements and collaboration with leadership.
