Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate fee proposals for various Alternative Investment Funds and to manage end-to-end client onboarding. The role covers AML/KYC reviews, approvals, bank openings, and legal document coordination, ensuring smooth transitions to operational teams.

You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with leadership to deliver compliant, timely results.

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen for effective decision-making.
• Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds.
• Manage client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, and legal document reviews.
• Lead client communications and support junior team members.
