Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Senior Officer with AML/KYC Global Experience to coordinate fee proposals and manage end-to-end client onboarding. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams, oversee AML/KYC reviews and regulatory filings, and support junior team members in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, legal/business acumen, and proficient MS Office skills

Qualifications

University degree in Law or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, and regulatory filings.
Lead client and stakeholder communications and monitor progress throughout onboarding.
Coach junior team members and drive process improvements.
