Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a coordinated professional to prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and to manage end-to-end onboarding with strong AML/KYC oversight and Luxembourg regulatory filings. You will maintain client communication, ensure timely progress, and coach junior teammates within a collaborative, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen enabling effective decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Experience in alternative investment funds or Luxembourg corporate services providing industry insight.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools supporting analysis, reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless transition to operations.
• Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, service agreement prep and Luxembourg filings.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications with regular meetings and proactive progress updates.
• Coach junior team members and drive process improvements with leadership support.
