Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and manage end-to-end onboarding across asset classes such as real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operations.

You will oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank openings, service agreements, and Luxembourg regulatory filings, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen enabling effective decisions and stakeholder management.
• Experience in alt investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with strong coordination and communication skills; fluent English; university degree in Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage client onboarding by liaising with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition to operations.
• Oversee onboarding activities: AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank openings, service agreements, legal document coordination, and Luxembourg filings.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications with regular meetings and progress updates.
• Coach junior team members and drive process improvements with leadership.
