Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a professional in Manila with strong legal and business acumen to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and manage end-to-end client onboarding.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to operations, oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, and regulatory filings in Luxembourg, and support junior colleagues while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen enabling effective decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders for seamless transition.
• Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank openings, service agreements, legal reviews, filings.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications; ensure timely progress during onboarding.
• Support and coach junior team members; drive process improvements with leadership.
