Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes, overseeing end-to-end client onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, and regulatory filings, ensuring smooth transitions to operations.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, lead communications, coach juniors, and drive process improvements in partnership with team leadership, with hybrid work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen applied to investment funds onboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding including AML/KYC reviews and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to operations.
• Lead client communications and support junior team members while improving processes.
