Job summary

IQ-EQ in Manila seeks a skilled professional to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and oversee end-to-end onboarding, including AML/KYC and Luxembourg filings. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operations.

The role requires strong legal and business acumen, English fluency, and experience in Luxembourg corporate services, with opportunities to develop junior staff and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong legal and business acumen for decision making and stakeholder management.
• Experience in alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with strong coordination and communication; English proficient; Law degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage client onboarding and transition to operational teams.
• Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, and legal documents.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications with regular meetings and progress updates.
• Support and coach junior team members and drive process improvements with leadership.
