Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and manage end-to-end client onboarding, including AML/KYC reviews and Luxembourg regulatory filings. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to operations and uphold high standards of client service.

Qualifications

You demonstrate strong legal and business acumen for decision-making and stakeholder management.
Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services is valued.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office to support analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
Manage client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition to operations.
Oversee AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, and legal document coordination.
Lead client and stakeholder communications with regular meetings and proactive progress updates.
Coach junior team members and drive process improvements with team leadership.
