vamasters, Inc. seeks a detail-driven Multi-Entity Bookkeeping Specialist to manage books and compliance for a growing real estate portfolio and an e-commerce brand across several LLCs and S corporations.

The role covers reconciliations, entity maintenance, payroll setup, and CPA reporting, with mentorship of two junior team members and coordination with a CPA. Strong US bookkeeping experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

Solid US bookkeeping experience across multiple entities.
Strong knowledge of US entity compliance including LLC and S corp filings.
Background in multi-state payroll registration and setup.
Advanced reconciliation skills across multiple accounts and platforms.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to delegate, supervise, and review junior teammates.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort with asynchronous written communication.

Responsibilities

Reconcile income and expenses to the penny across accounts, cards, and payment methods.
Separate personal charges from business transactions for each entity.
Update and maintain the real estate portfolio performance tracker.
Verify AI-generated bookkeeping entries and correct misclassifications.
Compile and send monthly statements to the CPA.
Keep books for real estate and e-commerce entities separately.
Maintain annual filings and good standing for all LLCs and S corporations.
Set up and manage payroll across two states.
Coordinate payments with the property manager and contractor.
Delegate to, oversee, and review two interns.
