Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a remote Multi-Entity Bookkeeper & Financial Administrator to manage bookkeeping for seven entities, ensuring zero intercompany errors and precise class tracking in QuickBooks Online.

You’ll run payroll in ADP Workforce Now, audit garnishments and health insurance deductions, and map entries to each care house/location, while driving AR, rent, and resident statements and supporting Medicaid billing audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance with 4+ years of progressive bookkeeping across multi-company portfolios.
• Experience mastering multi-entity consolidation and intercompany zero-error reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping across 7 entities with accurate class tracking in QuickBooks Online.
• Process monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain general ledger.
• Manage payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now, including garnishments and health insurance deduction audits, mapping entries to care houses/locations.
• Drive monthly AR, rent, and resident statements; audit Medicaid billing; track care house labor hours to optimize budgets.
• Execute month-end closes, track accruals, and assemble audit packages for smooth CPA access and year-end tax work.
