Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a senior bookkeeper with deep US accounting experience to manage AP/AR, reconcile multi-currency ledgers, and ensure accurate month-end closes. You will work with Xero and QuickBooks Online, plus third-party apps like Bill.com, Gusto, Stripe and Shopify to streamline processes.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, clear client communication, and proficiency in regulated filings and vendor reporting. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of bookkeeping experience in the US market, ideally with multi-entity setups.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Bill.com, Gusto, Stripe, Shopify or Deputy.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including bill capture, coding and payment runs.
• Code transactions and perform reconciliations across multi-currency wallets and inventory.
• Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, statements, and collections.
• Close month-end activities, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and revaluations.
• Prepare regulatory filings and vendor reporting (e.g., 1099).
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with core apps (Xero, QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, Stripe, Shopify).
• Communicate clearly with clients via Visory to resolve queries promptly.
